Reduce costs. Automate work. Accelerate growth.
Most small teams lose hours every week to follow-ups, re-typing, scheduling and reports. We connect the tools you already use so that work runs itself, and we keep it running.
The calculator takes about a minute and needs no email.
How a project moves
The free calculator and assessment show where time goes and what it costs.
We pick the one or two automations with the clearest payoff and quote them before any work starts.
We connect your tools, test with real examples and walk you through it before it goes live.
We watch every automation and fix anything that breaks.
What we automate
Plain jobs that eat the week. Where AI helps, we use it for the wording, never for your numbers.
- Lead follow-upInstant replies to new inquiries and a follow-up sequence, so no lead waits until Monday.
- Booking and remindersOnline booking, confirmations, reminders and rebooking links for no-shows.
- Invoices and payment remindersInvoices made from finished jobs, with payment links and polite reminders.
- Data that moves itselfEnter a customer once and it reaches your CRM, accounting and email lists.
- Reports without spreadsheetsA dashboard or weekly email with the numbers you check most.
- Answers for customersA website assistant that answers common questions from what you tell us, and hands the rest to you.
Automation Sprint
Pick the one task that eats your week. We automate it in two weeks, for one set price agreed before we start, using the tools you already have.
- One workflow, running in 2 weeksA short kickoff call, then we build it on your existing tools and test it with real examples.
- One set priceHalf to start, half at launch. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices.
- Handed over properlyA walkthrough video so your team knows how it works, plus 30 days of fixes.
- Good first sprintsNew-lead follow-up, invoice reminders, intake form to CRM, or a weekly report that builds itself.
- What it isn'tUp to 3 connected tools and 10 steps. Bigger jobs get a regular quote, and new software subscriptions are paid by you directly.

How it works
No long contracts to start, and no surprise bills.
Measure it
Use the free calculator, then the short assessment. You get a report with what repetitive work costs and where we would start.
Talk it through
Book a free 15-minute call to go over your results, or a strategy session for a deeper plan. The $300 is credited toward any project, including a Sprint, booked within 30 days.
Build and run
We build, test and launch, then monitor it so you don't have to.
Questions
Do I need new software?
Usually not. We start with the tools you already pay for and only suggest something new when it clearly saves more than it costs. Any outside costs are listed before you agree to anything.
Will automation replace my staff?
That's not the goal. Most owners use the time they get back to serve more customers or stop working evenings. The calculator shows recovered time as capacity, not guaranteed savings.
Where does AI come in?
For things like drafting replies, sorting incoming messages or answering common questions. Numbers, prices and anything that needs to be exactly right are handled by plain rules you can check.
What if something breaks?
We monitor every automation we run for you. When something fails, we're alerted and fix it.
Do I need a Wayfare website?
No. Automation works with the site and tools you already have.
